Noah is an Analyst at Emerge Capital and has gained notable buyside development M&A and JV transaction experience across the Industrial, Office and Land Lease Communities sectors.

Noah is responsible for supporting the transactions team by performing qualitative and quantitative asset and market analysis, writing investment memoranda and reviewing transaction documentation. Noah is also involved in active asset management engagements for single-asset and portfolio development projects.

Noah is currently pursuing a B. Commerce (Finance) / B. Laws at the University of New South Wales.
