Helio is a Consultant at Emerge Capital drawing upon a wealth of expertise. Helio’s experience is particularly in healthcare infrastructure investments spanning from transaction execution to operational optimization in the context of private equity mandates and M&A advisory.

Helio notably gained significant exposure to European healthcare markets (hospitals, specialist services through to aged care), by assisting both institutional investors and healthcare operators in the new healthcare development projects, as well as with their leaseback activities to optimise their financing structure in their growth strategy. Prior to joining Emerge Capital, Helio worked in M&A in Paris.
