Project lead in the procurement of a new training facility from the private sector on behalf of a NSW Government agency. The role involved managing the process from Business Case development to transaction execution.

Emerge Capital acted as overall Project Director on behalf of a Government client; managing the procurement process from business case through to transaction close. Support included directing qualitative and quantitative analysis of lease and ownership structuring options to determine the financial impact on the client. A market sounding process was also conducted along with managing the EOI / RFP process, including negotiation of the term sheet and preparation and review of submissions.
Finally Emerge Capital successfully assisted in contract negotiation and financial close.
EOI / RFP process was successfully brought to the market.
